3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Site at any time. Opening, maintaining, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or via household members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. t0188 may suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 Accurate Information. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any Account opened using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice.
3.3 Credentials Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify our support team immediately — via live chat accessible from your account dashboard — if you have any reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
3.4 KYC Verification. t0188 implements mandatory KYC verification before processing a User's first withdrawal request and reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's license. Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and confirmation of payment-method ownership may also be required.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. t0188 accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian local payment methods, including transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, as well as USDT (Tether). 4.2 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal and may be subject to change. Users who have completed the full KYC verification process may be eligible for elevated transaction limits at the Company's sole discretion.
4.3 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain; the applicable rate is displayed to the User before confirmation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified Accounts that have passed KYC. t0188 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts transacting via local Indonesian bank transfer, subject to banking-network availability and any applicable compliance review period. Withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for the corresponding deposit are permitted only where explicitly authorized by our Compliance team.
4.5 Compliance Reviews. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Transactions that trigger compliance rules — including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, unusual betting patterns, or breaches of these Terms — may be delayed, suspended, or declined. t0188 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
5.1 Promotion Availability. t0188 offers a range of promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programs, free-spin credits, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Site. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of between 5× and 10× the deposit-plus-bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Game contribution rates vary: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino wagers and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited to your Account unless the promotion states a different timeframe. Active bonus funds and any associated rollover requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated, unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Practices constituting bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — systematically hedging bets across opposing outcomes to guarantee a risk-free profit from bonus funds, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and exploiting pricing errors or software bugs in bonus calculations. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus winnings voided , their Account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
5.5 Jurisdiction Restrictions. Certain promotions may not be available to all Users depending on their registered location, preferred payment method, or compliance status. t0188 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any promotion from any User at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
6.1 Accepted Bets. All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sporting event. Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, with markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup) and mix parlay (accumulator) wagering — are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook section. 6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market, event, and game type are displayed at the point of placing a bet. t0188 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including retroactively applying enhanced limits to accounts identified as professional bettors or syndicates.
6.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours; clear pricing errors caused by system malfunction; incomplete events where the governing sporting body does not declare an official result; or where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

7.1 Third-Party Providers. 9.1 By the Company. t0188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any funds held within it — at its sole discretion, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has:
